Automotive sector provides regulatory support and performs laboratory tests in according to the directive 2004/104/CE and subsequent modifications (2005/49/EC – 2005/83/EC – 2006/28/EC) and to the standards ISO mentioned in the directive itself.
The laboratory has an anechoic chamber SIDT for measuring noise emissions from radio frequency narrowband and broadband. It is also equipped with a suction system and scavenging and exhausted gas to test for equipment with internal combustion engine.
It is also possible to perform tests for immunity electromagnetic radiation (ISO 11452-2 and ISO 11452-4, for transient disturbances conducted along supply lines and measure the emission of conducted disturbances (ISO 7637-2).
